At the time Miley Cyrus turned off the life support for The Only Bun Ever and donated its body to science, she posted over two dozen photos of the entire process because some 19-year-olds really feel like a haircut can change their whole life (ah, simpler times). I admit, I felt the same way when I was that age and I dyed my hair a fierce shade of red on my 18th birthday because my parents couldn’t tell me what to do anymore and I was like ‘Ooh, burn! You’re not the boss of me, mom.’ And Cyrus is doing the same thing, but in front of the Internet instead of a mirror. Because how else will she know she’s pretty, and this short hair really makes her bone structure pop, if we don’t tell her 100,000 times over in her feed. And now, I gather although I’ve never visited before, she’s redone her official website to reflect her new look including this photo shoot where I feel like she’s basically biting Pink’s style because she still has no identity of her own. Included below are more photos from her revised website.
