I was thinking of calling this post ‘Miley Cyrus Forgot to Wear a Bra’, but I didn’t think that required pointing out. See, nips. Here is Miley Cyrus, not too long after the rather public split with ex-boyfriend Liam Hemsworth. I admit that I’m bemused by her relationship with a guy who, according to footage I saw on TMZ TV of the dude walking through an airport being questioned by paparazzi, didn’t seem to know why people kept asking about ‘Miley turning 18′. ‘Why do people keep asking’, he was heard saying. The photographers were heard telling him it was because the age of consent in parts of the US was 18, and so some were counting down to her 18th. He didn’t seem fazed. Anyhow, here’s Cyrus in Studio City, CA with her (tall) younger brother Braison Cyrus on September 9.

The most common age of consent in the US actually IS 16. Certain states are higher, some are actually lower.
You know what’s weird, now that you mention it, I think I’d read that before. Guess I forgot. Also at the time of writing – the post content was based on the TMZ TV content, as broadcast, nothing more or less.
Thanks for the correction though (one or two others made the same point, but didn’t manage to do so with any manners).
Cleaned up the wording a little, but didn’t change it entirely as that WAS what was broadcast on TMZ TV (a week or two ago).
