Michael Lohan’s blog has been yanked because he forgot to pay his bills (see the image above for a close up ) [Website – Amy Grindhouse].
So, you may remember a few days ago I mentioned that Daddy Lohan has given his last ‘Haroo!’ and closed down his waste of cyberspace blog MichaelLohanOnline.com. The papa of sometime lesbian Lindsay Lohan wrote an indulgent and pointless final posting called ‘My Final Blog’ in which he said that he was ceasing activities on that specific site. What he neglected to mention was why.
Well, if you go to MLOnline you will find that the site has been suspended due to lack of payment. The image above is taken from MLo’s blog and is an arse kicking from his webmaster cos’ he neglected to pay his GD bills. All the posts and images that used to be displayed have been removed, as have all podcasty things he had clogging up the site as well. All that is left, as of Sat 7 Feb is the following message, “FAILURE OF PAYMENT. This blog will be completely shutting down in 24 hours due to failure of payment. Thank you.”
DAMN!!!
I don’t even know how this shit is possible, MLo is a cheap ass and his piece of shit, FUG blog was on blogger… he didn’t even have any hosting bills on his free blog. Dumbass!

He probably doesn’t host his blog on blogger, that’s why.

If you click on the link to his site FC it appears to be a Blogger hosted blog. It has the trademark Blogger Favicon and NaviStrip at the top of the page.
Am I missing something peeps… maybe there are paid options/ other hosting options via Blogger I don’t know about?

Yes, you can host your blog on blogger.
Michael Lohan’s site address doesn’t have a .blogspot.com @ the end of it which means that he hosts elsewhere. Blogger is free, he wouldn’t have been shut down if his blog was mikelohan.blogspot.com.
It’s a blog on blogger but it’s hosted elsewhere and he has to pay for it elsewhere as well.
I’m not sure about that FC.
I used to be on Blogger and bought my own domain name from the very start. My site name had nothing to do with my hosting. The domain and hosting were not interlinked. I had my own address without .blogspot.com @ the end, that I bought from a third party. My site was still hosted free on Blogger at the time.
Thanks for the tip about hosting elsewhere – not heard of that one before – maybe it’s a new option, or something I missed when I was on Blogspot. Would explain the bizarre message.
