Michael Jackson’s sudden and unexpected passing yesterday, meant that he was survived by his three young children. According to the Jackson family attorney of 20 years, Brian Oxman, the singer’s children “are doing fine”.
The children, Prince Michael II, 7, Paris, 11, and Prince Michael, 12, “are in the care of a nanny,” he tells Usmagazine.com, adding that they’re staying with their grandmother, Katherine. “Ms. Jackson will care for them and I’m sure there will be all kinds of discussions that will take place about the kids.”
Oxmon also tells Us magazine the Jackson family members are still struggling to cope with the shocking loss. “They are stunned,” Oxman tells Us. “They are barely even able to speak about it.”

Peole are sorting out their legal arrangements now – thougth their parentage is not the same. The youngest has a different mother, so this may be tricky.
Why is nobody mentioning the obvious, the 2 older kids are WHITE!! I hope debbie rowe will tell them the truth when she files for custody. And why would jacko want to leave them to the father he said beat,abused and ridiculed him his whole life??
