Tickets for the Michael Jackson posthumous documentary, This Is It, are now on sale. Much to the delight of giddy, life-long fans the world over. The This Is It Michael Jackson tickets are sure to sell out fast, the world over. The film shows footage made up from rehearsals, for what would have been a tour in the O2 Arena, London, England.
AEG, the concert promoter, shot the footage during April, May and June 2009.
This Is It, starring the late Michael Jackson, was directed by Kenny Ortega.
Sony Pictures are making tickets available for a limited two-week showing, beginning October 28. Fans are going to have to rush. Certain tickets being released, for example those in Los Angeles, California, were said to have sold out within a matter of only two hours.

WHAT: L.A. LIVE is the only place in Southern California to capture the moment as tickets for the special showings of Michael Jackson THIS IS IT, at the new Regal Cinemas L.A. LIVE Stadium 14 theatres, are sold on Sunday, September 27 at 12:01 A.M.
NOKIA plaza at L.A. LIVE will be the headquarters for all Michael Jackson fans. In addition the Michael Jackson THIS IS IT tribute walls where fans can sign messages, the plaza will feature music all day from some of Southern California’s favorite radio stations, a graffiti artist creating a mural of Michael Jackson in the plaza, a Michael Jackson look-a-like contest at 4pm, a special performance and instruction by Thrill the World Los Angeles and much more.
As part of the celebration of the release of this highly anticipated motion picture from Sony Pictures Entertainment, the first 500 people in line at L.A. LIVE who purchase tickets for the Tuesday night advance showings will receive an authentic, one-of-a-kind THIS IS IT lenticularly-printed ticket inspired and designed by Michael Jackson for the London concerts.
