Because ‘reaching out to’ one another despite barely knowing one another and limiting that ‘reaching out’ to Twitter is a thing famous people do, Mel Gibson has vowed to take a break from his daily misogyny and bigotry to ‘reach out to’ Lindsay Lohan before she joins the 27 Club. Asked about halfheartedly intervening in a matter where her own friends, family, and retinue no longer have influence, Gibson responded: ‘I know Lindsay… Yeah, [I've reached out] before. I may again. Sure, what the hell? Where is she? [New York?] Well, we all know about that. Takes one to know one.’
