Matthew McConaughey, whose name I still can’t spell without copy and pasting it in each time, stars in this advert for Dolce & Gabbana’s latest men’s fragrance.
The advert for the oddly-named scent, The One Gentleman, above, first debuted on People.com. There’s a bunch of scandal brewing about how the actor is airbrushed back in time about 10 years. That is to say, he’s apparently the face of D&G back in 2001. Not 2010. He’s missing a little of that leathery look, gained from shirtless sun worship, but he looks the same to me. I wasn’t so incensed by the work done to the ad, so much as McConaughey being in the advert at all. I mean, seriously? McConaughey is the face of a brand like D&G?! LOL, okay, sure.

He looks more like Christian Bale.
Okay… that’s funny. That’s as believable as Britney Spears’s Circus jacket photos.
Looks the same to me except he has more makeup on for the ad. There are a lot of other prettier faces out there; not sure he is the best choice.
Another tool who seems to have more hair now than he did 20 years ago.
