Mariah Carey is a woman who is never happy… despite being given the honour of being asked to perform for the Obamas at the United States at the Neighborhood Ball, the star spent more time sulking than singing.
Carey was reportedly “furious” at not being seated so close to Obama that she was practically sitting on his lap. Homegirl thought she was more important than the other celebs in attendance and so she would be sat right next to Obama. Turns out she was wrong and she ended up slumming it with the other celebs in the VIP area.
According to the NY Post, “Mariah was in the VIP area, where every celebrity, like Jon Bon Jovi, Mary J. Blige, Alicia Keys and Bruce Springsteen, was seated. But somehow she thought she’d be up with the Obama family. When she realized she wasn’t, she bailed.”
Yes… you read right, MooMoo hated being sat next to mere A-Listers that she threw a diva fit and LEFT!
