Halloween is always an excuse for women to exercise the Mean Girls rules. Halloween is the one night of the year where lingerie and some form of head wear are suitable attire. MooMoo and her womanly thighs could have gone all out and come as, well, don’t make me say it. She and her real-life airbrusher did an outstanding job, and the diva looked like an angelic pair of chesticles on legs.
