Madonna had a nasty horse riding accident over the weekend and had to be taken to hospital to have her injuries treated.
The singer initially claimed that the paparazzi were to blame for the incident and her manager even Twittered that exact line on the social network. So, the world bought the story that Madonna’s horse was spooked when paparazzi jumped out of the bushes and startled it.
Trouble is that this appears not to be true. TMZ have done some digging and say Madonna’s police report makes no mention of nuisance press.
Sgt. Herbert Johnson from the Southampton Village P.D. tells the site: “There is no mention of photographers. It’s a matter of spin control that went out of control. If they felt there was something else, they would have written ‘paparazzi’ in the form — if they felt there was a problem.”
As for the paparazzo in question, he indicated he’d left the scene before Madonna fell. “If I had startled the horse, I would have gotten pictures,” the paparazzo told TMZ.

sounds to me like she’s tryingt o gain some sympathy before her appeal for that kid. how sad. i remember when people used to like her.

News flash to Madonna…horses spook…that’s how they’re wired and they don’t care whose fat ass is on their back. If you can’t take a fall find another hobby.
