Lindsay Lohan was ordered by a judge to drag her butt back into court, Friday. The demand was linked to the actress’ DUI arrest back in 2007.
The star got an annoying BS punishment, back then, which involved an 84 minute jail term and three years of probation. Rather than actually get a punishment in line with a non-celeb, she was handed a special punishment. It’s not something anyone is going to admit, but it’s fairly obvious. If she was a regular person on the street, she would have never gotten such a light term. Well, anyway, celebrity justice has raised its ugly head once again.
The Alcohol Education class that Lohan was supposed to attend, according to TMZ, snitched on her to the judge. She has been spotted out drinking and photographed clearly sloshed, and it would appear that she broke probation. Rather than the most stern punishment, jail, she got another year probation.
Lohan reportedly arrived an hour late to her own progress hearing, and was only given an extra 12-months on her sentence. The idea was she needed more time to complete her court-ordered Alcohol Education program.
