Lindsay Lohan is probably not feeling so smug about staying out of trouble and out of jail while Amanda Bynes is facing a downward spiral of possible drug use, possible self-medicating, and suspected mental illness. Only days ago, Lohan was complaining on Twitter that it’s unfair Bynes isn’t in jail despite not having been convicted of anything, while Lohan is basically on reprieve for every vehicular and theft and drug crime there’s a law for. And today, Lohan’s actually been arrested which means SURPRISE she could have violated probation by just leaving the scene of another alleged crime this morning. TMZ.com reports that Dina Lohan should shut her whore mouth, because crimes totally do count when you’re in New York as was her daughter Wednesday where the 26-year-old allegedly clipped a pedestrian with her car and left the scene. She supposedly hit the guy’s leg, and drove off because she was clueless, of course, and the guy was hospitalised. The actress was arrested, fingerprinted, ANOTHER mug shot taken, and she was released on a misdemeanor without needing to pay bail.
