In the least surprising thing to happen since Jennifer Lopez stopped looking directly at The Poors altogether, Lindsay Lohan was arrested in New York City last night and if her infamous rep Steve Honig were still on side, this would be the part where we got a passive-aggressive statement blaming everyone else for Lohan’s latest arrest. The good news is that Michael Lohan can’t quit as her father so he can issue his own statement later. The 26-year-old was reportedly at NYC’s Club Avenue in a separate booth from the accuser whom Lohan asked to ‘Give me my space’ after which Lohan reportedly punched the woman, tried to flee the scene, again, but cops ‘intercepted’ Lohan’s car and made an(other) arrest. She was later booked for third degree misdemeanor assault which could result in ANOTHER probation violation. Included is video of her arrest.
