A few days ago, it was reported that Lindsay Lohan turned down what I chose to interpret as $550,ooo to deliberately crash and burn on the first episode of Dancing With The Stars. That is, if I were her, I would have taken the money, done the press, done the work, then not tried during the live shows and gone home after a week $550,000 richer. But she didn’t do that. She turned it down. Leaving a bunch of you pointing out the absurdity when she has so few other options. She claimed she didn’t want to slum on reality television but that’s not really true because she just stole a bunch of stuff on Million Dollar Decorators. There is, however, a hilarious reason that she’s not going to be on DWTS. Because she’s too much of a crack-mess to be trusted to complete the show. If you recall, Lohan’s now in trouble with Bravo who are threatening to reposes the gifted furniture or stick her with the $50,000 gift tax because she took their stuff then stopped taking their calls. Her new PR team apparently learned their lesson enough to not allow her near live television. A source explains: ‘Lindsay has been a mess on movie sets lately. She doesn’t show up on time, she keeps everyone waiting, and so her team decided that there was no way that she could handle the pressure of a live show like Dancing with the Stars. Lindsay operates on her own schedule, there would be no way that anyone could guarantee that she would be on time for rehearsals or the shows, and they’re live so it would be horrible if she didn’t show up! A live show and Lindsay? That would not be smart!’
