Lindsay Lohan Got Away With Stealing Stuff

Lindsay Lohan spent the start of this year apologising and making empty promises none of which she’s kept only 10 months later. She appeared on Glee where she arrived six hours late one day, didn’t know her lines, and got called out by staff and named cast members. She did Saturday Night Live, missed rehearsal, barely knew her lines, and tanked. She worked on Liz & Dick where she was drunk on set, stole from the Cleopatra trailer, didn’t know her lines for that either, and blackmailed producers into paying off her debts. She worked on The Canyons for which the writer called her out on Twitter for missing voice work. She missed work on Scary Movie 5 by calling in sick, like she tried to do on Liz & Dick when they called her bluff by calling paramedics. And on the days she turned up, she only did so to steal from that movie too. There’s a tabloid report I choose to believe because OF COURSE. Apparently, Lohan took $15,000 worth of clothes from the Scary Movie 5 set and producers wrote it off as the price you pay for working with a crack thief. A source says: ‘It was the talk of the set in Atlanta. The clothes were on her wardrobe racks. Some nice tops and skirts and other items were gone. I guess Lindsay thought she was entitled to it; like free soap at a hotel. All the other actors knew about it, but the producers just put it down to the price you had to pay for doing business with Lindsay… The wardrobe people were unhappy about the missing clothes, but at the end of the day the producers decided it was more trouble than it was worth to try and get them back.’
