Lindsay Lohan has repeatedly violated the terms of her probation, and as such she may soon be headed to jail, according to TMZ. The actress stirred up some controversy yesterday with her gross photo shoot with Tyler Shields. The gun-related photo shoot saw her underwear-clad, bloody, and with a gun to her lip. Today we learn that Lohan, who is on probation for DUI, has not fulfilled the alcohol education requirement of her probation. This was a requirement laid forth by a judge. Lohan has been busy crack-tweeting, shopping, and making Millions of Milkshakes. None of which left her time to take the stupid classes.
Judge Marsha Revel made it clear to Lindsay [late 2009], she must attend alcohol ed. once every 7 days. The only exception: inpatient rehab. The judge was explicit; if Lindsay did not comply with the terms of probation, she would go to jail. The school in which Lindsay enrolled is required by state law to inform the court only if the student is MIA for 21 days. Here’s the disconnect: the school hasn’t reported an attendance violation because Lindsay frequently waited until day 21 to attend classes. Lindsay met the school’s requirement, but violated the judge’s order. [TMZ]
