Lindsay Lohan is back on the streets, and free to crack-tweet about her rehabilitation to her heart’s content (though she hasn’t been on Twitter in the few hours she’s been out). The 24-year-old has been released from the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Hospital, the facility in which she had been evaluated and treated over the last 23 days. Lohan will receive outpatient care, for her crack-jitters… that weren’t actually crack-jitters… for the foreseeable future (or until she gets another DUI). The doctors at UCLA, who seemed to spend more time talking to the press than doing any treatments, made it clear to the judge that they thought Lohan had been misdiagnosed and should be released immediately. Judge Elden Fox agreed, and now Lohan’s free to shoot more bikini-clad magazine covers and sell her post jail/ rehab story to the highest bidder. It’s what Hollywood crack-dreams are made of. There’s a related court date tomorrow, to which Lohan will not attend. She’ll be too busy ‘celebrating’.
