Today appears to be Lindsay Lohan rumour-mill day. As if her day didn’t start out crappy enough, having another total breakdown in front of thousands of followers on Twitter and then deleting the evidence for good measure, the former actress has been ordered to haul her behind into court.
Lindsay Lohan has been ordered to appear in a Beverly Hills, CA, court on the morning of Friday Oct. 16, 2009.
Though, officially, it’s not clear why the star has been ordered to appear before a judge, TMZ are speculating that Lindsay Lohan is flunking out of court-ordered Alcohol Education classes. The classes were part of the bullsh*t punishment she got, back in 2007, when she plead no contest to a DUI. The speculation from the site continues that the course organisers ratted Lohan out, over her conduct, and they may have even alleged she violated the terms of the programme. Should the allegations be true, and should Lohan have violated probation, she could end up back in jail. Perhaps for longer than 84 minutes this time.
