Lindsay Lohan is telling people she failed one of her two pee tests because she drank a type of tea that contains a trace of alcohol. Which is the second-stupidest thing I’ve heard since the news she would remain on house arrest rather than return to jail. As it turns out, there is no such stipulation under the conditions of her current house arrest that she not drink. Any requirement to stay alcohol and drug-free, and be tested sporadically as part of the probation for her 2007 DUI, expired February 25, 2011. So, for all intents and purposes, she’s allowed to drink on house arrest. And, if she’s still doing cocaine, no one’s going to catch her. Despite being caught with alcohol in her home, Lohan insists she didn’t drink. Which contradicts when she told Lies&Style that there’s no booze in her home at all. A type of fermented tea called kombucha is responsible for the one failed test, insists the 24-year-old; this would be the same kind of tea, with less than .05% alcohol, that caused a failed test earlier in the year. ‘I am responsible, and I’m following the rules and obeying my judge and the judicial system,’ Lohan told TMZ.com. ‘I’d like to do what I must to get my film career back and the respect of directors, actors, writers, studio heads, fans and so on.’

Lindsay, read instructions very carefully,it probably reads no alcohol whatsoever. You have more excuses then a bad pie maker,not good at all.
