People aren’t using the word ‘alcoholic’ for reasons that escape me but Lindsay Lohan reportedly drank and drove at least twice in recent memory and nearly killed herself and her passenger one of those times. If you recall, the New York Times profile on The Canyons observed Lohan drinking on set and driving herself home on at least one occasion. And now according to the BRANDNEWINFORMATION Police, who are sources for TMZ.com, Lohan was hiding bottles of liquor at the scene because she had been drinking and driving again. According to sources ‘a bottle of alcohol was found next to Lindsay’s Porsche and… her breath smelled of alcohol… For some reason, cops did not perform a field sobriety test at the scene of the crash.’ The reason being who wants to do all that paperwork, amirite? Rather than facing any real consequences and expecting her to spit this offer back in their faces, ‘the Santa Monica City Attorney is prepared to offer Lindsay 60 days in a residential rehab facility[for] lying to the cops… That’s 4 months less than the original offer. In addition… the City Attorney wants Lindsay to attend another set of AA meetings. And he wants her to do community service. The prosecutor will let her do the community service in New York City, but it must be closely monitored.’
