Lindsay Lohan was arrested and released within a few hours for allegedly punching a clubgoer in the face in New York City which means another mug shot and more criminal charges in addition to the three from this morning stemming from her lying to cops about the crash in the summer. Regarding the alleged assault, Lohan was bailed out by her assistant Gavin Doyle (see video), the guy who was tricked into telling the truth about the crash by those dastardly Los Angeles police, only to be thanked by getting kicked out of the car. Lohan can be heard in the video saying: ‘…just like you did with Sam. GAVIN, GET OUT OF THE CAR! GET OUT OF THE CAR, GAVIN! Get him out of the car! Get him out of the car, NOW! Gavin, get out! Gavin, get out of the f**king car. NOW.’ After which Doyle’s left to walk and fend for himself surrounded by paparazzi. Immediately after which it appears he went on Twitter to call out Lohan for being a crack-mess. From a Twitter Lohan referenced when calling Doyle her ‘BFF’ and a handle she’s tweeted before, Doyle wrote: ‘@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you. xxx’ He followed up with: ‘Life is NOT a movie it’s a reality that needs to be faced.’ Included are photos of her leaving the police station.
