I can’t. I really can’t… But I also don’t want to get yelled at for overlooking this story. I heard about it on the weekend and I was pretty content to ignore it until I went on LeAnn Rimes’ Twitter and saw her delusional martyrdom. Insisting that her cheating bones have suffered ‘pain’ and ‘hardships’ while her bones rattled against Eddie Cibrian’s bones in his former marital bed. Because cheating is SO hard for the cheaters, you guys. SO HARD. Talking about the interview she just filmed with Katie Couric, hopefully conceding to wrongdoing in sleeping with someone else’s husband but without playing the victim, Rimes wrote: ‘Right before my interview tonight! @katiecouric and I had a wonderful time. She’s such a great lady!’ Which means a handjob under the table while saying stuff like this with her outside voice: ‘All that I hope and pray for in this life is that my soul and my journey blends with another’s and my pain and hardships help them. #life’ Couric also confirms: ‘With @leannrimes last night for @KatieShow & #2020nashville. Thanks, LeAnn, for a great interview!’ So… after spending less than the promised month at a spa, spending only slightly less time on Twitter than before (still more than I do, for example), has Rimes changed or is this going to be another pity party? I don’t know which is worse, that she is still playing the victim or that certain media outlets are still encouraging and enabling her bad behaviors. I know that the media isn’t obligated to report the truth, but how come when they report on Leann they are telling us that it’s the truth when they know that it’s not? It’s like Leann has put certain media outlets on a gag order, only allowing them to write nice things about her. How is this interview with Katie going to be any different than the ones she gave to People magazine, Shape, Robin Roberts and ABC, GAC, Ellen, Guliana R and Eonline, Maya Angelou, Boston Herald, CB, and GAC? What message does this interview send? That Katie supports celebs who indirectly cyberbully(ie- they use their fans as puppets, telling them what to say)?
Leann’s outfit looks very similiar to what Brandi wore to a launch party in September. How did Leann recover so quickly? HP, Eonline, x17, ROL, DM, and eventually People mag are posting about how fresh faced, stunning, and natural she looked as she was arriving for the interview, but just hours before this she told her fans that she was sick and was staying in bed for 24 hours.
Why was Leann initially snubbed from Katie’s All Access Nashville special that is airing this week? Leann’s name doesn’t appear anywhere in the articles that were released on this. Now she is pretending that she was always scheduled to do this interview, but couldn’t because she was too ill(even though there are staged photo-ops showing otherwise and her own mouthpieces even point out how healthy she looks). You get the impression that she initiated this interview with Katie.
Miranda, Taylor, Reba, and Carrie all worked hard last year and this year focusing on their careers. How many concerts did they cancel due to “dental problems, a violent stomach bug, or kidney stones”(aka low ticket sales or babysitting a cheating husband)?
What did Leann do last year and this year? Cancel concerts. Pap herself out every week. Tweet photos of herself in bikinis. Exploit Brandi’s kids. Encourage her fans to stalk and harass Brandi and her followers. Stalk her husband on the set. Why reward this? Why even put her in the same league as those other women when all she does is famewhore like it’s going out of business? It’s a disservice to include Leann on the 20/20 All Access Nashville because based on her ticket and album sales alone, she isn’t one of the leading ladies in country music.
No one will ever feel as sorry for LeAnn as she does for herself. She sees herself as a victim and takes zero responsibility for any of her actions. She has publicly blamed the woman whose family she had a part in breaking up. She keeps insisting that no one knows the truth. She makes me sick. Why Katie Couric would interview a has been, unprofessional mess like her is beyond me. First Kate Gosselin and now LeAnn Rimes. Does she have a soft spot for sociopaths or something? BTW, what is she doing to her face? It looks like it’s completely frozen. She’s only 30 and rather than making her more attractive, it is making her even more unfortunate looking, if that is even possible.

Did you see Leann’s horoscope today? Interesting considering what she said in her interview with Katie.

Her horoscopes are always spot on and calling her out on her nonsense. So does she consider her horoscope a hater because her horoscope says the very same thing that everyone else is saying. That week that she went to the lake with Eddie and Lizzy and Brandi’s kids, her horoscopes told her that she should refrain from courting attention because nothing good was going to come of it. Sure enough after all the tweeting, twitpics, and staged photo-ops she did that week at the lake, she couldn’t understand why she was getting so much “judgement”. When she kept tweeting nonstop about her album and how Curb liked it, her horoscope told her to stop forcing the issue and allow the person to make up their mind for themselves. Maybe she should be following the advice of her horoscope instead of whoever is advising her now. Her own horoscopes forewarn her, she is just too much of a famewhore to listen.

Jeezuz – her “I’m not gonna cry” schtick is exactly the same as on the Robin Roberts interview in 2009 – she screws up her face, and her voice get high and nasal – it’s frightening, it is completely identical.

Leann’s horoscope does it again!

The last part might have something to do with Whoopie G. Katie was on The View today promoting her interview with Leann and apparently Whoopie said something in defense of Leann making her out to be some sort of “superhero”! Leann is “very sensitive” to the needs of others, hence why she slept with a married man and tweets about Brandi’s kids.
