Lady GaGa Says She’d Die Without Her Fame

Lady GaGa Says Shed Die Without Her Fame

Lady GaGa has shocked the world by proclaiming just how passionate she feels about her sudden and newfound fame and success.

“There are times when it can be a lot to deal with but always when I get up in the morning I try to find that very joyful place that reminds me that I would die if someone took it all away,” says the Poker Face singer, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta. “I have such an appreciation for where I am in my life because I’ve struggled and because I couldn’t get signed, and because I couldn’t get played on the radio.”

“Right now,” GaGa added, “the only thing that I am concerned with in my life is being an artist. I had to suppress it for so many years in high school because I was made fun of but now I’m completely insulated in my box of insanity and I can do whatever I like.” (Via Showbiz Spy)

Now, there are many things that I am grateful for and also those that I am passionate about. Cannot think of anything other than booze and mah meds that I would consider laying down and actually dying for.

Actually, I take that back. I’d jump in front of traffic for a box full of puppies that match my hair colour. To live a life as fabulous as MooMoo Carey for a day would be just marvellous and that would be the only thing that I would leave this earth for.

Good or bad, she’s right: she is truly an artist, or maybe the art itself. I had my doubts about her in the beginning, but she’s really throwing herself into what she’s creating and it’s very entertaining. It’s refreshing to have a pop star who’s workin’ it, doin’ it right.

Britney had the fame, but she never fired on all cylinders and it cost her. She didn’t play with the masses, they played with her.

    1. Hey :) I agree, the feelings that she expresses in the last paragraph in particular are true for me. When she says “I had to suppress it for so many years in high school because I was made fun of but now I’m completely insulated in my box of insanity and I can do whatever I like.” That is exactly, exactly how I feel about blogging/ writing.

Whether people think what I or GaGa do is good or bad, it’s all art and honest self-expression.

i want to totally bash her for saying this, but i know where she’;s coming from. think about how totally lost we’d all be without blogs, myspace, twirtter, facebook, etc. it’s not the same thing, but when something comes along you don’t have, you find it hard to remember what life was like before it.

i don’t remember the dyas beofe i started coming to your blog ;)

“she is truly an artist, or maybe the art itself”

    You must be joking

Her music is mainstream bland pop and videos a collage of everything that is mainstream “hip”

Hardly art or a true artist

More like a mediocre cash cow

    1. Lola – more and more people are taking that opinion. I think this may be the beginning of a backlash…
