I’d forgotten Kim Zolciak was pregnant. Probably because, in the weeks since I last wrote about her, I’d forgotten she existed. That’s how I work. If you’re not whoring your latest project in front of me, you may as well have fallen off a cliff. After two weeks without seeing certain celebrities, when they resurface suddenly, I’m like, ‘Oh, they’re alive. Jolly good.’ Also, I never really got into Real Housewives of Atlanta. So I’m not that concerned with her story, nor her getting knocked up by that guy she met last year (no one uses prophylactics anymore except chumps… CHUMPS). But she’s well into her third trimester at seven-months-pregnant and she just had her baby shower. And the cameras of Lies&Style were there, because everything short of the conception has to be documented. Lies&Style must be sick and tired of staring at Zolciack’s face too, as she didn’t get this week’s cover (it went to the British royal wedding). But the spread is pretty nice. And whatever’s contaminating the water with cray-cray juice in Mariah Carey’s house has affected Zolciak too. Everything’s unexpectedly… muted. And by that I mean tasteful. For her. With her shiniest weave and what looks like a custom-made Rafael Cennamo dress, the cameras followed the 110 person event. 110 guests, by the way, is more than some people invite to a wedding (LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian only invited 40 people to their wedding). Incidentally, the event was planned by ‘Wedding Soiree.’ ‘I put so much time into making it perfect,’ Zolciack, 32, told the magazine. ‘I really wanted the baby shower to be special for Kroy [with] this being his first baby and a boy.’ Guests included Housewives co-stars Phaedra Parks and Sheree Whitfield.

Something about that dress is really off – it looks like she’s got an enormous bulge just above the sash. Sash needs to be a little bit higher or a lot lower. It’s a gorgeous gown otherwise.
