Khloe Kardashian, lovingly nicknamed King Kong Kardashian by a reader this weekend, was spotted treating the streets of New York City like her own private catwalk. Khloe Kardashian was photographed showing a completely appropriate amount of flesh (read: none whatsoever), August 14, 2010 as she changed into this tight black dress and thigh high boots before heading to the Chelsea Piers yacht for a party. Kardashian is said to be in NYC to support her husband, NBA player Lamar Odom, during the 2010 World Basketball Festival Tip Off.
