A tax lien has been filed against Khloe Kardashian, as she hasn’t been paying all her taxes. The State of California filed a tax lien against Kardashian, which can be read in PDF-form, for $18,490.74. The outstanding funds are from 2007, the year in which the world was first blighted with Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
