Ke$ha showed a lack of imagination on the 2010 American Music Awards red carpet. The 23-year-old singer walked the red carpet at this weekend’s AMAs, with that fauxhawk held together with love-protein, lies, and glitter. It’s a bizarre backcombed mess that looks more like a jacked-up half-fro than any kind of mohawk I’ve ever seen. Are mohawks not supposed to stand up straight, if nothing else? This one looks like it needs to be on bed rest and take the rest of the week off. Ke$ha, nominated for Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist, T-Mobile Breakthrough Artist, and Artist of the Year, wore a custom-made black dress and a cheap-looking peep toe shoe. She performed Take It Off and We R Who We R.
