I thought about the Howard K/ Howerd Stern thing. Guess some people are blessed enough to have better things to do with their lives. Others not. It may not be that easy to change an established brand (guessing).

I would sue too. I can understand how annoying that is. Sucks when you have a common name. It’s just like Howard Stern and Howard K. Stern. Howard K is often referred to as Howard Stern and it’s not like the disc jockey wants to be associated with such a headcase.

This lady can easily change her brand name.

well, since its the designers real name, she should get to keep it, but this whole thing is like that WWF thing where someone just doesn’t like another person not woreth of their name.
