Katt Williams has been charged and released on bail, following his weekend arrest.
Katt Williams is out of jail on a $41,150 bond, after being charged with burglary in Georgia, a charge which he denies. He claims he had permission to be on the property and that he is being set up. Despite his protestations, he was still officially charged today with burglary and criminal trespassing by a magistrate in Coweta County, GA.
Further claims against the star are that he entered a home, crowbar in hand, and that he stole he allegedly stole $3,555 in jewelry and collectible coins.
