Katt Williams was arrested today on suspicion of burglary. His mug shot has been released.
Katt Williams is one of the funniest comedians in the game. I’ve faced near life-threatening ruptures, howling with laughter, at this guy’s swagger. He is known for being chill, with a strong pimp-hand, and a head of inexplicably silky hair. That’s why, as the hours roll on, the Interwebs is slowly filling up with calls of FTW and people asking how on earth these charges came to pass.
Williams was arrested this morning in Georgia, on suspicion of the crime. However, he has denied the charges by way of his rep. The comedian is being held by the popo on suspicion of burglary and criminal trespassing. He had his oddly jolly mug shot photo taken and he will face a judge at 4 p.m. ET, after spending most of his day in Coweta County jail.
