Kate Middleton and Prince William, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have confirmed that they’re expecting their first baby together. This follows tabloid reports over the past few weeks that they were ‘planning for a baby’ which either means the tabloids’ broken clock is right or they really do have magical powers to impregnate people at will. I’m going with the latter. Here’s part of the announcement from the Telegraph newspaper: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to announce that the Duchess of Cambridge is expecting a baby, St James’s Palace announced today. The palace said the duchess was admitted this afternoon to the King Edward VII Hospital in central London with acute morning sickness and is expected to stay in hospital for several days.’ She was admitted for Hyperemesis Gravidarum (an acute form of morning sickness). She is expected to remain in hospital for several days.
