The new cover of People magazine shows a contrite looking Kate Gosselin and her reverse mullet, talking about how they have both failed and should be fired from life. The mullet failed by only part covering Gosselin’s head and being flock of seagulls 2.0. Momma Gosselin failed by doing a magazine deal and talking about the implosion of her marriage rather than mothering her 201 babies.
There’s a lot of shouting happening in Kate Gosselin’s house. The mother of eight children – twins Mady and Cara, 8, and sextuplets Alexis, Collin, Leah, Hannah, Aaden and Joel, 5 – has barely had time to change out of her morning workout clothes before her brood descends upon her, clinging to her legs and loudly wondering what to do given the rainy weather. “Let’s do a project,” yells Kate, 34, above the clamor. The eight children race to the kitchen table and promptly pull out their construction paper and crayons to make Father’s Day cards for their conspicuously absent dad, who’ll receive them two days later.
“Will you help me draw a heart?” asks a giggling Collin. “I want lots of hearts.” Lately, the family has seen lots of heartbreak, culminating with the news that Kate and Jon, 32, stars of the reality series Jon & Kate Plus 8, have decided to end their marriage. “On a good day, I feel relief,” Kate says, curled up in a chair in her living room. “On a bad day, I feel failure.” (via People)

is it just me, or is she just not an attractive woman? i’ve seen prettier pieces of poop!
She is too scowly to be really seen as attractive. No one that frowns that often is going to be seen as pretty.
that woman is easily one of the worst people to ever walk this planet.
she did fail, by exploiting her family for personal gain. the tv show, the books, etc. while the kids might not care and might be having fun, her husband certainly wasn’t. funny thing is, they’d likely still be married if they weren’t on tv. everyone in the world who watched half an episode knew she was a self absorbed, demanding, and demeaning, woman so horrible you could drop a c bomb on her and she’d laugh it off.
but jon didn’t. he had no clue until midway through the third season when everyone in the world started wondering out loud “why the hell is he with her?” he’s not a real man and he clearly had no real friends because if he did, one of em would have said something to him before he proposed.
screw him, definitely screw her…someone save those poor kids.
They are the latest in a long line of couples that have imploded after a reality TV show. Most couples that feature in this type of show are divorced pretty soon after.
She seems to care not about how her kids will feel when they get bigger. None of this is going to escape them, so who knows what on earth she is thinking by doing this – the first of many covers.
I would feel more sorry for her beaten down ex, if he had not spent the last few weeks sleeping with anything with a pulse. He was getting busy while she was still taking care of all those kids. The kids are cute as crap so she gets some credit for that I guess… but most viewers of the show who stop by here seem to think she is an utter witch and all those people are probably not wrong.
was she watching the kids, or was she off promoting her book? i believe it’s the latter.

These poor kids. Their Dad is going thru an imature mid-life crises worrying about getting his next drunk and 23 yr old while their Mom is enjoying her notoriety. Of course Kate looks pissed-what woman wouldn’t be!!!!
I agree and for some time it has seemed like the dad has been concerned with little more than his hairline and his mid-life crisis. But then, Kate was a sad sap before that – thanks for the comment Diana.
