It has already been established, by more than one source who was annoyed at paying the story any attention, that any sex tapes initially on the market of Spencer Pratt and wife Heidi Montag never existed. That isn’t to say they never recorded any. More so that the alleged tapes involved in the deal with Vivid are pretty widely agreed to have never existed. The couple, who are ‘separated’ and yet physically still see each other more often than some couples who are still together, were shilling a tape for a pointless $5 million deal. They were asked, by the person with whom they were negotiating, to provide a preview of the material. Less than a week later, the deal was off the table. As I pointed out, when this news broke, Pratt’s not been forthcoming and there was never any such tape to be sold. That is, all one has to do is make the right moves/ be seen talking to someone from Vivid and one makes headlines. There never needed to be a tape for them to get attention. One of the people dragged into this mess was Karissa Shannon; the Playboy playmate with whom Montag is alleged to have slept. She is now saying Pratt stole a XXX tape from her home and that she wants it back or she’s going to sue. Her legal claim, in PDF-form, can be read at TMZ.
