JWoww of Jersey Shore has gone to court to stop an ex-boyfriend/ex-manager from releasing nude photos of her from when they were dating. JWoww, real name Jenni Farley, whose semi-naked and topless pictures are only a Google search away, is keen to block Tom Lippolis from releasing exposing photos which her lawyer claims, ‘may be derogatory to her image and in violation of her contract with MTV.’ These images show ‘JWoww before and after she had her second breast augmentation and liposuction,’ according to Radar Online. JWoww filed an Order To Show Cause, at Nassau Supreme Court in Long Island, New York, with Judge Jeffrey Brown (the order has not gone before the judge yet) and accused Lippolis of wanting to cash-in on her fame. Sure, sure. This was speculated, after an initial legal letter from the lawyer to Lippolis, but now it’s been taken to court; I guess the materials have not been returned in accordance with the original request. Lippolis, lawyer, Jeffery I. Baum, believes that JWoww ‘does not have any right to block his client from doing what he wants with the photographs because they were taken on his cell phone with her consent.’ It’s being claimed JWoww’s reason to block the release is not modesty, but because, ‘[the photos] show she has had considerable plastic surgery; including lipo.’
