Jon and Kate File for Divorce

Jon and Kate of Jon and Kate plus 8 have filed for divorce.

This would be sad, if it weren’t so staged. The pair hated each and were so desperate for a divorce that they did all of this within the confines of their show. Ensuring that book, magazine and TV deals could all be viable options for them to vent their post-divorce discontent.

I hate when reality show couples do crap like this. Can they not hate each other and write passive-aggressive tweets about each other, like a normal couple. If I hate a mother effer, no one and no amount of money on this earth will keep me living with their annoying arses until such time as a third-party dictate we split. I’m cutting up shirts and slashing tyres (and then taking a slash on his front lawn) and then running like my momma caught me stealing.

Ugh. The big fakers are finally splitting, which sadly means you are going to have to put up with more BS updates from me and other people who don’t really care about them either. Apparently this constitutes news. This and my first sh*t of the morning are both news of equal value. (smdh.)

Life and Style magazine claims that Jon Gosselin and his receding hairline are moving to NYC to be away from his shrill wifey. This means he will also be away from his darling babies – but for now, no one seems to know whether or not that bothers him. He’ll be seeing them on weekends only, as he will no doubt need his whole week free to pimp himself out to pay child support for that many kids/ alimony.

Brian Sep, a friend of reality-TV-star Jon Gosselin’s for more than 15 years, confirms to Life & Style that Jon and his wife, Kate, have already begun living separate lives. “Jon is planning on living and working in New York during the week and staying home with the kids on Friday, Saturday and Sunday while Kate is away,” says Sep.

Even though Jon and Kate will be living apart, both parents want to be there for their eight children. “Jon really seems like he’s back to his old self,” says Sep, who plans to visit his pal in New York City. “Whatever decision has been made, Jon seems to be at peace with it and in a good place. He doesn’t know where Kate is when he’s gone [but] I think that’s okay with him.” (via Life & Style)

This would be sadder after ten years and 195 babies, if these two were not so fame crazy. Famewh*res splitting is always about 50% as sad. Add back in 25% cos they have babies together and that’s like. Um. Reeeal sad.

Early reports make it sound like Kate Gosselin is going to get everything. She gets the house, the bulk of the time to go crazy looking after that many kids alone, and that thick dolla from her soon to be ex.
