Joel Madden is laughing in the faces of all of us who were drunkenly laying in the gutter, and were “late” picking up on his engagement news. In a rather smug, and uncharacteristically rude tweet the rocker let fans know that he and his fiance were not newly engaged. I guess he means lazy reporting and assumptions about them getting engaged on Valentine’s Day were wrong. He says in the message above that he semi-appreciates the hoopla, but he urgently needs to get off Twitter so he can extract his head from his butt.
