Jessica Simpson has admitted, on at least two separate occasions, that she only brushes her teeth once or twice per week. That’s going to end up being once or twice per week because she only has that many teeth left and there’ll be no point going overboard. The singer admitted to I Heart Radio, in mid-March of this year, that she doesn’t brush and often uses her sweater to scrape away debris.
She repeated her statement, last week. Her dentist must have only heard her the second time, and has spoken about what a nasty bish his client is. It’s rather questionable to be talking about a client like that, sure. But halitosis is like some kind of stinky bat signal to dentists; the poor man was compelled say something.
Jessica Simpson’s dentist, Dr. Bill Dorfman, is not happy about his patient’s admitted poor brushing habits. Jessica has publicly confessed that she only brushes once or twice a week, often using the sleeve of her sweater. “I was kind of shocked. I assumed everybody brushed their teeth all the time,” Dorfman tells People. “People pay us a lot of money for that ‘slippery feeling’. It’s kind of the best part. It’s great that she’s flossing all the time, but you have to brush too,” Dorfman says, warning, “what goes on in your mouth really affects your whole body.” [Zap 2 It Dish Rag]
