Jennifer Lopez won a court order temporarily blocking her first husband from releasing a private tape containing hours of home footage.
Jennifer Lopez filed a $10 million lawsuit, claiming that ex-husband Ojani Noa breached a prior privacy agreement. Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James C. Chalfant issued a temporary order, blocking distribution of proposed movie The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story. The block wasn’t for the film’s terrible, terrible name, but for invasion of privacy over trying to distribute a tape that showed footage of the couple and sexual scenes from their honeymoon.
Jennifer Lopez must be thrilled at being granted a court order. The actress and mother now has husband Marc Anthony and their twins together to think about. She doesn’t need her broke ass ex-husband trying to make money out of her.
