The new issue of People magazine has an exclusive cover, on which you can see kidnap victim, Jaycee Lee Dugard. The Jaycee Dugard People magazine cover can be found over at People. The issue shows the girl, who went missing and is now back with her family, 18 years later.
Dugard was allegedly kidnapped at age 11 by Philip Garrido, who was later arrested for his crime. She was reportedly held in a section of Garrido’s back garden which could not be seen by neighbours. There she lived in tents, and had only basic utilities and care. She was held as essentially a sex slave, and had two daughters with her captor, Angel, 15, and Starlit, 11.
In the issue Dugard, now 29, talks about being happy to be back with her family, and her life after her escape.

She looks pretty…better than Elizabeth Smart is holding up. Glad she’s on the mend.
