Report: Jason Trawick Wants To Leave Britney Spears But He’s Contractually Obliged To Stay

There have been reports for several months about the state of the relationship between Britney Spears and Jason Trawick. The tabloids claim that they’re on the brink of a split although Trawick is reportedly waiting to leave until X Factor is finished in case Spears doesn’t take the news well. And now sources are claiming he would have tired of being her babysitter a long time ago but he’s a co-conservator so he’s obliged to stay. ‘It’s a make or break holiday for Britney and Jason,’ says a source. ‘Things have been getting worse and worse with their relationship for several months now. They know they have to figure things out once and for all because they can’t keep going on like this. If they do decide to call off the engagement for good, things are going to be tricky, legally and financially, so it isn’t just the state of their relationship they have to think about. If there wasn’t those considerations involved they would of split a while ago. They hope to come to a decision before the new year… Jason feels like he is Britney’s babysitter and it’s pretty much just a business arrangement at this point. Jason does love Britney and the boys, but he just can’t see himself spending the rest of his life with her.’ Spears sort of rebutted the claims to People.com by reminding us that she likes chocolate milk: ‘It amazes me that no matter what situation I’m in,’ she says. ‘Jason has the ability to always make me feel protected and loved.’ Photos of Britney Spears on December 17.
