James Cameron isn’t rich enough, thank you very much. And so each night as he retreats to his home and attempts to go to sleep on his giant pile of money, he ponders ways in which he can earn even more of the green stuff. During an interview with Larry Kind Live, Cameron revealed that he sees a sequel to Avatar coming soon. That is he sees another delightful Pocohontas derivative, with slightly better CGI, and just as thin a plot, coming to screens near you.
“I haven’t started thinking about the story yet, although I have a general story arc for it,” Cameron said during ‘Larry King Live’ on Wednesday night. “But we have had some technical discussion of how we would do it.”
At this point he has little to do but best himself at the box office. You prolly have another half-a-decade or so of peace-and-quiet, until all this starts up again.
