Jake Gyllenhaal, and several other famous, faces will guest-feature on the upcoming 40th season of kids’ show Sesame Street.
The other stars who will appear on the 40th season include; Cameron Diaz, Adam Sandler, Eva Longoria, Ricky Gervais, Paul Rudd, Christina Applegate, Hugh Jackman, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Matthew Fox, and Michelle Obama.
I have to be honest, my head nearly exploded when I saw the above photo as it’s mental-illness-inducing levels of weird. I was a fan of the show, when I was a small kid. Who couldn’t love a show that looked like the entire thing, characters included, were dreamed up after a drug binge gone wrong. The show was funny, charming, and didn’t require me to fire too many of my tiny synapses. If any other cast photos surface I’ll slap myself around the face again and post them.

Sesame Street is celebrating its 40th Anniversary. That means it is beginning its 41st season.

Actually, I did some Googling when I wrote the post and everyone from Just Jared to NY Post, where I picked up the material, used the same wording. That means they all made the same error too, assuming you’re correct.
