A rep for Reese Witherspoon says the actress and Jake Gyllenhaal didn’t split.
The unconfirmed rumours started earlier today and spread to several outlets. As per the last post, at the time, neither rep had been reached for comment and this was only being reported as rumour. Moments ago, Us Weekly got a statement saying the break up rumours were untrue. This means the couple can continue to braid each other’s hair in peace, without the likes of me interfering.

Haha, the rep was a little slow on the uptake. Just Jared deleted their earlier post on this and People buried theirs under other headlines. I guess whatever is going on with them is still “on”.
