Jade Goody 1981-2009 R.I.P.
Jade Goody this weekend lost her battle with cervical cancer. The reality star was just 27-years-old.
Goody, the UK reality TV star, died in her sleep today (Sunday 22 Mar.), her publicist Max Clifford said. Her mother Jackiey Budden was at her side as she slipped away at her home in Upshire, Essex, England at 3:14am.
“My beautiful daughter is at peace, family and friends would like privacy at last,” Budden said.
Goody leaves behind two young boys, Bobby, 5, and Freddie, 4, and a husband, Jack Tweed. My heart goes out to her boys in particular as today is Mother’s Day in the UK.

Goody’s story is tragic for how young she was; but it sounds like she might have inadvertently made a huge difference for cancer prevention in the U.K.
Hey Coffee. Very well said, this was something we all knew was coming, but it is still sad. Apparently a good portion more people are getting checked in the UK now because of this story.
I have never watched her on TV cause I’m in the States but she died gracefully. May she R.I.P.
