Following on from the earlier post, about Heidi Montag selling her soul and using the proceeds to buy DDD chesticles, here is an even more shocking close-up of her face. The 23-year-old can be seen on the left before the surgeries on her face began, and on the right after she transformed herself into someone who could pass for her own mother. With fat injections in her cheeks, nasolabial fold, and lips, a mini eyebrow lift, her ears pinned back, neck lipo, and a chin reduction she is a shadow of her former self. The face that made her famous has been stripped away and blow up doll Montag has been left in her place. She looked much better before, I mean way before she had any surgery. Much. Better.

She went from a fresh-faced young lady to a almost 40-year old botoxed hooker.
It’s a shame as she was actually very pretty before she had anything done. From her interview, it’s only gonna get more jacked up looking.
She does look older and her eyes are not as symmetrical as they were before the surgery. She’s headed down the path of Cat Lady/Michael Jackson..she’s starting WAY too young on this stuff.
She totally started too young, she never would have done it if not for Spencer. He has a lot to answer for, and when she ends up more of a mess he’ll have to live with it.

I know no one is going to agree with me, but i thought she had an odd look to her before. I dont even like her but I do think she looks better.

she erased her whole family resemblance, now when they’re all at thanksgiving together-she will be the odd looking one-i can see doing what ashley simpson did-fixing the big honker-but this girl changed her face entirely-not even recognizable now as heidi montag.
Yes, Anny. I feel sorry for her immediate family as there was always a very strong resemblance. Not any more. She doesn’t even look like her own mother/ sister and she did before.

Well, judging from that number of comments on this, she has succeeded in one area: she’s getting a lot of attention.

Well… I think she has made a big mistake. I don’t know much about her and never watched that show but from I understand she had already had a nose job? It looked fine and she did look a little better than that original pic up there. The boobs are way too big now and I really hope she does not plan on going any larger. She looks nothing like herself anymore. I couldn’t imagine her mother taking a look at her and not even recognizing her own daughter. I think this girl needs a friend. This is all a front and she could not be happy with these results. She may regret this for the rest of her life. What’s even sadder is that she might not stop here. Where does she go from here? Anyone could take a look at the stars who continuously have these surgeries and learn from their mistakes… They all look crazy now.
She did already have something done to her nose, yes, Dani. Her excuse for the second nose job was one of her backing dancers breaking it in some accident with the two of them.
Her boobs are crazy, and will only get bigger. She says she wants them size H, as they’re still too small. You have a point about her family, they all used to look so alike and now friend-less Heidi is the odd one out. She’s going to look like the Cat Lady before she reaches her mid-30s, she’ll never learn.
Size H? what is she thinking? Some women have lost their boobs to cancer and here’s Missy not happy with what she has.What is wrong with her husband? and her doctor? ……….she’s headed for disaster.so so sad.

She was a cute-looking girl before getting anything done. It totally is such a shame that she wasted her time mutilating herself (basically). She was fine as she was… I think she just looks freaky, not especially like Paris Hilton.
She looked great after the FIRST surgery. she still looked like herself, just a slimmer nose, but now…..WOOF. She looks like every other blonde plastic looking thing in Hollywood. So sad.

It’s not that she is ugly now but whenever you change your whole facial structure at such a young age its disturbing and sad.
