A famed Hollywood plastic surgeon, who most of you would have seen in promotional videos sitting alongside Heidi Montag while justifying the multiple/ egregious ways in which he’d surgically mutilated her, has died in a car accident. I remember, some of you asking me for details on this guy, when it was revealed he was the person who’d made Montag unrecognisable and inflated her way past what was entirely necessary. I didn’t/ don’t know much about him, other than he was alongside Montag in pictures from her People magazine reveal and also for a post-surgery interview. Dr. Frank Ryan, who’d also performed procedures on Gene Simmons, Vince Neil, Adrianne Curry, Janice Dickinson, and Shauna Sand, was killed yesterday at around 4:30PM. Ryan, 50, sustained massive and fatal head injuries after his 1995 Jeep Wrangler went off the side of the Pacific Coast Highway, overturned down a rocky embankment toward the ocean, and came to rest on its roof. He was trapped in the vehicle. Lifeguards tried to help, as did the The Ventura County Fire Department, but their attempts were called off/ to no avail. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
