Heidi Klum filed papers at L.A. County Superior Court to change her last name.
The 36-year-old, married, mother of four wanted to change her name from Heidi Klum to Heidi Samuel, so it would match that of her husband and children. It’s not known at this point whether she’s going to change her professional name, as her rep was too busy eating bonbons to answer the question when asked.
