At this point I and most of the media are assuming that Halle Berry is not only preggers with her second child, but that she is rather bad at playing hide the baby bump.
The actress has been rumoured, for a few weeks now, to be carrying her second child. As such, one can assume that one of two things is happening in these images. Either Berry is actually pregnant, or she is sick of everyone spreading rumours and photographing only her stomach. For the moment, until there is confirmation, I shall assume the former is true.
