Halle Berry and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry have split up. The break-up, of the parents of 2-year-old little girl Nahla Aubrey, has been confirmed by TMZ.
Berry went to a lawyer three weeks ago, to look into custody arrangements. At this point in time, no long-term custody or financial agreements have been finalised. They have agreed on short-term custody, worked out when the relationship was starting to crumble but before the break-up itself (yes, before they broke up). By all accounts, these two are conflict-free and are going to handle this like adults rather than fight/ splash tales all over the tabloids.
