Gabriel Aubry brought a walk-off to a fistfight with trained boxer Olivier Martinez resulting in Aubry looking like this and Martinez looking like he had a slightly-harder-than-usual buffing during his mani-pedi. Except the same LAPD who ignore Lindsay Lohan’s incorrigible recidivism apparently let you get away with assault and battery so long as you lose because they’re not prosecuting despite investigations determining that Aubry started the fight. According to police sources, Aubry ‘committed two batteries on Olivier Martinez before Olivier lifted a finger to defend himself.’ And by ‘defend himself’ they mean ‘break Aubry’s face.’ The source specifies: ‘Gabriel then pushed Olivier (battery #1) and swung at his face, making contact with his shoulder (battery #2)… [After which] Olivier responded in self defense with 3 quick punches to the face.’ Moreover, cops are ‘concerned’ by Aubry’s ‘ongoing anger issues’ as one officer put it while thumbing Us Weekly, ‘It seems he’s still having a hard time getting over his break up with Halle.’
